My Dad's favorite caliber would have to be a 256 Win Magnum. One drawback about this weapon is that it takes a little time before it actually fires a 256 Win Magnum round. There is a new edition of my new Weatherby Vanguard Sporter with the bullberry chambered in .303 Enfield and 256 Win Magnum.
I really like a 2-8 power on my deer rifles especially in 256 Win Magnum caliber. His favorite rifle is the 256 Win Magnum I picked up online at the NRA store.
